Frequently asked  questions

Do you require deposit or full payment upfront?

To secure your session date and time payment is required in advance. This esnures your date and time are officially reserved and allows me to focus on creating the best possible images for you. sessions will not be confirmed or held without full payment.

Do you offer refunds or re-shoots?

All photography payments are non-refundable. However, in the rare event that i am unable to deliver quality images due to an issue on my end, i will gladly reschedule and retake the photos at no additional cost. Client satisfaction is important to me and this policy insures fairness while maintaining the value of time, preparation and service provided.

Do you travel? Is there a travel fee?

For sessions outside my local service area, a travel fee may apply. this fee covers transportation costs and time and will be clearly communicated and agreed upon at the time of booking. travel fees ensure i can provide the same high-quality photography experience no matter the location.

How long does it take to receive the final photos?

Final edited photos will be delivered within 7-14 business days following your session. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Delivery time may vary depending on the package selected and the volume of images, but you will be notified if any delays arise.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. Payments are non-refundable; However, if proper notice is given, your session may be rescheduled one time at no additional cost, subject to availability. Cancelations made within 48 hours of the session, no-shows, or late arrivals may result in forfeiture of all payments. This policy helps protect scheduled time, preparation and availability.

What happens if your unable to shoot due to illness or emergency?

In the unlikely event that i am unable to attend your session due to illness, injury, or an emergency, i will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to reschedule your session at no additional cost. Your session will always be a priority, and i will make every effort to ensure you still receive the high- quality images you booked.
